NACE II Certified Quality Inspectors

NACE Coating Inspection courses set the standard for inspections in the protective coatings industry worldwide, due to comprehensive curriculum  which produces knowledgeable inspectors who have learned a skillset for fieldwork and a solid coatings foundation that strengthens the industry overall.

Satintouch has two NACE II Certified Coating Inspectors and one NACE I  Certified Coating Inspector on its team, overviewing every milestone for quality - from surface preparation to final Spark and Adhesion Testing.

Quality Testing & Reporting Systems

Satintouch undertakes quality testing throughout the surface preparation and coating application processes  of all work we undertake. 

Our clientele have access to live C-MAP Reporting through the entire works period. Subject to substrate and coating required, the Quality Inspection process may include the following testing methods:

• Chloride Salt Test (Steel)
